The Senior Executive in the Oncology department at Manipal Hospitals will be responsible for managing and supporting the execution of processes related to Patient Experience Management (PEM) within oncology services. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the patient journey, ensuring that care is patient-centered and aligned with the organizations standards of excellence. The Senior Executive will also be responsible for analyzing patient feedback, implementing improvement initiatives, and maintaining a high level of communication with both patients and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Patient Experience Management initiatives within the Oncology department.
- Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction levels, utilizing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement patient-centered care strategies.
- Organize and facilitate patient education programs and support groups.




- Prepare and present reports on patient experience metrics and improvement projects to management.
- Address patient concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring a resolution that aligns with hospital policies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in patient experience and service delivery.
- Train and support staff in best practices for patient engagement and communication.
