Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in the training or education industry . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in student admissions, educational sales, lead generation, and business development. The candidate will play a key role in driving enrollments, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the academys reach.

Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, certifications, internships, and career opportunities.




- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase student enrollments and corporate training partnerships.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
