Manage and maintain Windows, VMWare, Citrix (or equivalent) Infrastructure and
working proactively on ticketing tool requests.
Provide weekend support on scheduled weekend changes
Provide on-call support during off hours and night shift coverage
Participate in Disaster Recovery and BCP drills
Manage Physical server infrastructure using remote access
Manage and maintain virtual machines in internal ESX farm as well as in AWS
Build recent physical and virtual servers as per standards
Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance
exceptions
Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
