About the Role
As a Manager, Services Consulting Management, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of consultants delivering Workday solutions to customers. You will be accountable for building consulting capability, ensuring consistent delivery quality, supporting customer satisfaction, and advancing a global delivery model. You will partner closely with Resource Management,
regional consulting teams, Engagement Managers, and project leaders to align staffing, skills, and delivery capacity with customer needs. You will also contribute directly to customer engagements, maintain deep expertise in Workday products and implementation methodology, and help shape the strategic direction of the Global Services and Professional Services organization. Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
- Foster a collaborative, challenging, innovative, and inclusive team workplace.
- Own and continuously improve consulting onboarding, performance management, talent development, and career-growth processes.
- Partner with Resource Management, regional teams, and Engagement Managers to staff customer engagements effectively and build required capability across the consulting organization.
