Manipal Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our dynamic team. The Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for supporting the procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for patient care and operations. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to manage stock levels, perform data analysis, and assist with the ordering and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare departments to assess supply needs and ensure timely availability of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to minimize shortages and excesses.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure they meet the organization s standards and timelines.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and make recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize procurement processes.




- Support the implementation of supply chain policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in inventory management systems and maintain records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of supply chain management software is an advantage.
