Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales MIS Executive who will act as the backbone of the sales team by managing reports, sales data, and operational processes. The ideal candidate must have solid analytical skills, proficiency in Advanced Excel & Tally, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Reporting & Analysis

o Prepare and send sales reports three times a day to the MD, GM, and BGM.

o Maintain and update sales performance dashboards.

o Generate daily stock reports from Tally and share them with the Sales Coordinator & Commercial Executive.

o Prepare distributor reports on a daily basis.

2. Distributor Management

o Collect KYC forms from distributors in the field when required.

o Generate distributor codes and update them in Tally f
