Key Responsibilities:

1. Bidding & Proposal Management
- Actively monitor and bid on relevant IT, software or digital marketing projects on Upwork , Freelancer , Fiverr and Guru .
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized, error-free proposals, project scopes and preliminary estimates.
- Stand out from competitors by asking insightful questions and outlining a transparent path to project success.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through inbound bidding and outbound channels (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator ).
- Build a targeted pipeline of prospects and maintain accurate lead tracking using CRM platforms like HubSpot , Salesforce , or Zoho .
- Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule discovery calls/meetings with international clients (US, UK, Europe, etc.).

3. Requirement Analysis & Client Communication
- Lead initial client meetings to deeply understand their business needs, pain points, and project goals.
- Translate raw client requests into structured Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) or User Stories.




- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines while setting realistic expectations.

4. Post-Sales / Project Handover
- Coordinate with internal technical teams (designers, developers, QA) to ensure seamless project kickoff and solution understanding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client to manage expectations and resolve scope changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2 5 years of proven experience in IT bidding or Business Analysis.
- Platform Mastery: Strong track record of converting leads into sales on Upwork and similar freelancing portals.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (crucial for proposal writing and client calls).
- Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, SaaS and emerging technologies to discuss solutions intelligently with clients.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and freelance analytics
