About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in project design, BOQ preparation, and client management. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical precision, sales aptitude, and in-depth knowledge of materials and execution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- BOQ Preparation: Develop and maintain detailed BOQs including product rates, materials, and cost estimations.
- Design Drawings: Create and review high-quality interior design layouts and technical drawings.
- Client Management & Sales: Engage with clients, follow up on leads, convert prospects, and manage ongoing relationships. Site visits are essential.
- Payment Handling: Oversee timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
- Documentation: Draft professional proposals, agreements, and client communication.
- Excel Management: Maintain organized Excel reports for inquiries, quotations,



and project tracking using advanced formulas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience post-degree.
- Solid command of design documentation, BOQ standards, and cost estimation.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, project tracking, budgeting).
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
