Job Title: Sales Executive/ Manager Employment Type: Full time Company:Verifitech private limited Job Summary What do you need to do (Role and Responsibilities) We are looking for a Sales Manager who can identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote interior/exterior products to architects, designers and builders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, PMC consultants, interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Identify new project opportunities and generate leads through field visits and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Coordinate with the marketing and technical team for product training and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Technical Requirements Of The Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in architect-driven interior/exterior product industry.
- Working experience in using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
- Working experience in using Google products like Gmail, GDrive, Sheets, etc
- Working experience of professional email writing
