About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Digital Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and lifecycle management of digital products. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy, customer needs, design, engineering, and data analytics to build innovative digital experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming,



release planning, and retrospectives.
- Define and monitor product KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.
- Utilize customer feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to continuously improve product performance.
- Drive product launches, feature rollouts, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery while balancing scope, quality, and business priorities.
- Present product strategy and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, digital innovation, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
- 815+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Digital Product Management.
