Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user experience design principles and a proven ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement cutting-edge solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply them to enhance user experiences.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Assist in the creation of user personas and journey maps to better understand user needs and behaviors.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Understanding of analytics tools to measure user engagement and experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
