Esthetic Living is seeking a creative Home Decor Product Designer to develop physical home decor products including block-printed textiles, kitchen linens, trays, decorative accessories, and packaging. This is a product development and graphic design role not a UI/UX or digital product design position.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development
- Develop new home decor products and seasonal collections.
- Create repeat patterns, illustrations, color palettes, and product concepts.
- Research design trends, colors, materials, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with artisans and manufacturers to ensure designs are both beautiful and manufacturable.
- Help develop coordinated product collections across multiple categories.

Photography & Creative Content
- Photograph products for e-commerce, wholesale catalogs, and marketing materials.
- Create lifestyle images and visual content for websites, social media, and advertising.
- Edit and retouch product photography to a skilled standard.

Production Artwork
- Prepare production-ready artwork for:
- Block printing




- Screen printing
- Digital printing
- Packaging
- Labels
- Product inserts
- Hang tags
- Ensure artwork meets manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain organized production files and version control.

Graphic Design
- Design catalogs, brochures, packaging, display materials, and digital marketing assets.
- Support branding initiatives across print and digital media.
- Maintain consistency with Esthetic Livings visual identity.

Organization & Collaboration
- Organize digital assets, artwork libraries, photography, and production files.
- Work closely with our U.S. team, artisans, manufacturers, and marketing staff.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve product presentation and design processes.
