We are looking for a self-driven, proactive Business Development Manager who is passionate about building long-term, trust-based relationships and shaping sustainable growth opportunities.While 4 6 years of relevant experience in business development or related roles is preferred, candidates with fewer years of experience will be seriously considered if they demonstrate robust alignment with the required skill set, mindset, learning ability, and ownership attitude.This role is ideal for someone who can work independently with minimal guidance, take initiative in ambiguous environments, and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including customers, partners, industry bodies, and policymakers. The focus is on relationship-led, consultative business development rather than transactional sales.

Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with customers, partners,



and ecosystem stakeholders .
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs and position Hyetron s solutions accordingly
- Work closely with internal teams to learn and understand Hyetron s technology and translate it into clear, value-driven conversations with external stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration models aligned with company objectives
- Proactively track market trends, industry developments, and policy or regulatory changes, and translate insights into actionable business development strategies.
- Support strategic market entry, use-case identification, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, forums, and industry interactions.
- Maintain ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through to long-term relationship development
