The Business Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the business operations, driving sales growth, and developing new business opportunities. As a Business Manager, you will lead the charge in identifying, pursuing, and securing new client relationships while meeting aggressive sales targets within the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities Area

Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed assigned business targets monthly, quarterly, yearly, and revenue goals through both existing and new client acquisition.
- Develop and implement Business strategies to reach the company s objectives for growth and profitability.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

Pre-Sales Support:
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Own the technical aspects of RFPs/RFIs,



presentations, demos, and POCs.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with customer expectations.

Recent Business Expansion:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the cybersecurity industry, targeting both enterprise and SMB clients.
- Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to position the company as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
- Drive the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, troubleshooting, and overall satisfaction.
