Customer Account Manager - Enterprise

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7 10 Years handling Sales & Business development function

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible to meet Revenue and Margin from Enterprise Customers only

Manage designated accounts by mapping the key accounts by people role designations

Business Forecasting - anticipation of happenings in advance for proper planning and

accurate business forecast.

Develop robust tactical plan to support business strategic objective in consultation iV

Key Pillars ie Cybersecurity, DCI/ILM, ALM, Cloud and iV Service.





Ensures proper Account development through effective planning, leading, organizing,

monitoring, reviewing and controlling of information

A highly motivated "self starter" who is goal oriented, has solid interpersonal,

communication, and technical skills.
- Develop and maintain partner relationships at the Regional level

Strategically analyzing the needs of the customers with respect to system integration

products, solutions & services and Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on

technology, product knowledge and all other customer issues.

Market Analysis & Strategy Formulation for IT products & solutions

Co-ordinate with Pre-Sales & Service Team to validate Opportunities

Collect market data and information on current trends and latest development in the

industry

Identifying IT Priority/Active Partners form existing IV/New Partners
