We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our company-owned restaurants financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in cost analysis, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring accurate financial data for decision-making. This role requires robust collaboration with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to drive financial efficiency and accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance OR CA Qualified.
4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or cost management (preferably in restaurant, retail, or FMCG industries).
Strong knowledge of cost analysis, P&L; reporting, and financial reconciliation.
Experience working with ERP J D Edward System and financial reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelling).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.





Key Responsibilities:

Journal Entry Preparation & Review
Prepare and post recurring and ad-hoc journal entries for store operations.
Maintain adequate supporting documentation for all entries.
Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with local accounting standards and company policies.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations related to inventory, prepaid expenses, accruals, advertising funds, and other store-related accounts.
Investigate and resolve aged reconciling items on a timely basis.
Ensure compliance with month-end close and accounting policies.

Store Performance Analysis
Monitor key operational and financial KPIs including sales, food cost, labour cost, EBITDA, and store profitability.
Identify underperforming stores and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
