Gurgaon (On-Site) Internship (3-6 months)

About the Role

Blostem is scaling rapidly and looking for a driven Business Development Intern to support our enterprise growth initiatives. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to identify and engage fintech platforms, NBFCs, banks, and enterprises looking to embed financial products via APIs and SDKs. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, embedded finance, enterprise deal cycles, and fintech partnerships. You will engage directly with decision-makers, build pipeline, and help accelerate revenue growth this is not a back-office role. High performers may be considered for a full-time opportunity.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales with genuine curiosity about how financial infrastructure works.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage confidently with founders, product teams,



or senior decision-makers.
- Research-oriented mindset with robust attention to detail and ability to synthesise market information effectively.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach; comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Comfort working with data spreadsheets, CRM dashboards, and basic sales analytics.

Nice to Have
- MBA (Marketing / Finance / Strategy) preferred or in-progress.
- Prior exposure to B2B sales, fintech, SaaS, or startup environments through internships, projects, or side ventures.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Working knowledge of API/SDK-based products or embedded finance concepts is a strong plus.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound prospecting tools.
- Understanding of financial products such as Fixed Deposits, RDs, or lending instruments.
