Position Overview:

As the Officer, Learning and Innovations (L&I;), you will work closely with the Director, RME and engage at a strategic level with cross-teams at both national and state levels. Your role will be crucial in collating learning from program implementation processes as well as gathering evidence of knowledge transfer between the organization and government systems. Your work will span research, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge exchange across internal teams and integrate external research and cutting-edge ideas to align with the context and goals for RtR programs. You will also prioritize learning dissemination including organising learning conferences, exposure visits, and similar sharing/networking events.

In line with RtR-Indias commitment towards knowledge synthesis and sharing, the Learning & Innovations (L&I;) Department undertakes efforts towards capturing insights and implementation evidence from our ongoing programs, spotlighting innovative practices within the wider education ecosystem and building strategic learning partnerships. In addition to rigorous learning documentation, which serves as knowledge resources for cross-teams and external stakeholders, L&I; also prioritizes enhancing the skills and capacity of our staff as well as disseminating these learnings effectively through organizing/participating in learning visits, conferences and workshops.
