Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support Quality Engineering teams in a disciplined Agile workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing of API, web, and mobile applications, while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Quality Engineering teams with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in an Agile environment.
- Research, analyze, and document testing findings and observations.
- Influence engineering teams through clear of facts, best practices, policies, and testing standards.
- Test complex API, web, and mobile-based applications integrated with database back-end systems.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases and test suites.
- Review, diagnose, and track reported defects while ensuring overall system quality before customer releases.
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated testing frameworks and continuous integration test pipelines.




- Derive testing requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Reproduce, debug, isolate issues, and verify defect fixes.
- Create and maintain testing artifacts including:
- Test Plans
- Test Cases
- Test Procedures
- Test Reports
- Plan test schedules and testing strategies based on project scope and release timelines.
- Review software documentation technical accuracy, compliance, completeness, and risk mitigation.
- Provide recommendations on software usability, performance, and functionality improvements.
- Identify deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and define quality standards, methodologies, and release readiness criteria.
- Conduct historical analysis of test results and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and engineering stakeholders to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
