Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a seasoned FICO

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modules (FI: GL, AP, AR, AA; CO: CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PA)
- Manage integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PS, and HCM
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and taxation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance with S/4HANA migration standards and data governance
- Drive process optimization, automation initiatives, and performance tuning
- Mentor junior consultants and manage stakeholder communication

Mandatory skill sets:
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and customization
- Expertise in S/4HANA Finance, New GL,



and Asset Accounting
- Knowledge of Bank Integration, DMEE, and Treasury Management
- Familiarity with Adobe-specific financial workflows and reporting needs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred skill sets:
- SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance
- Experience with CFIN, RAR, or Coupa/Ariba integrations
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools

Years of experience required:

5-10 Yrs

Education qualification:

Any Graduate
