You will play a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Under the guidance of experienced hotel staff and managers, you will rotate through various departments, gaining insight into the operational aspects of hotel management. Your responsibilities will vary based on the department, but you will always focus on delivering outstanding guest service, learning best practices, and supporting the hotel s daily functions. As a Management Trainee, you re not just gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a hotel you re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Strong interest in building a career in hotel operations, front office, or guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on current responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) are preferre
