/n We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Ticketing Consultant to join our travel team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and international ticketing, with proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
The role involves night shifts to support international clients.
/n Position Details:
/n /n Location: Ahmedabad - C.G Road
/n Department: International Ticketing Department
/n /n Key Responsibilities:
/n /n Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.
/n Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes.
/n Provide fare quotes, process refunds,



and handle schedule changes.
/n Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management.
/n Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

/n Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.

/n /n Requirements: /n /n At least 1 year of experience in ticketing.

/n Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
/n Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules.
/n Solid English communication skills (written and verbal).
/n Ability to work independently during night shifts.
