Job Description The Area Sales Manager, based at the Head Office, will be responsible for driving TMT sales and business growth across West Bengal and Bihar. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts and distributors, leading and monitoring the sales team, expanding market presence, and identifying recent business prospects.
The position will also track market trends and competitor activities, coordinate with internal teams, and provide regular sales forecasts, MIS, and performance updates to management.

/n /n Recruit, train, and coach sales personnel

/n /n Develop relationships with key clients and distributors




/n Identify and pursue recent business opportunities

/n /n Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

/n /n Work with marketing and operations teams on campaigns, promotions, and product launches

/n /n Qualifications
/n /n Bachelor's degree (MBA Preferred)
/n /n Experience
/n /n 8 years of progressive sales experience. Previous experience in TMT Sales
/n Minimum 2 years in a managerial role
/n Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
/n Experience in key account management, team leadership, and territory development
