Desk Staff, you will be the first point of contact for passengers

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers in a friendly and

qualified manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information
on flight schedules, gate assignments, and other airport services -
Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage drop-off, and
other airport procedures - Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner -
Maintain a clean and organized information desk area - Collaborate
with other airport staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for
passengers - Stay up-to-date with airport policies,

services to provide accurate information to passengers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous

customer service experience is preferred - Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills - Proficient in English and local
language(s) - Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly
changing environment - Robust problem-solving and decision-making
skills - Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and
holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain

necessary airport security clearance Contract Details: This is a

full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and
