/n Sky Waltz Balloon Safari is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive who can manage both customer interactions and on-ground operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with both Indian and international guests, coordinating balloon flight operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

/n The role requires flexibility to work from the office, on the ground during flight operations, and remotely whenever required.

/n Key Responsibilities
/n Communicate confidently with both domestic and international guests in English and Hindi.
/n Welcome and assist guests during balloon flight operations.
/n Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
/n Coordinate with pilots, drivers, and the ground operations team for seamless daily operations.
/n Handle on-ground activities and assist in managing flight operations efficiently.
/n Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and overall service quality.




/n Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

/n Be available to work in office as well as remotely whenever operational requirements demand.

/n Requirements
/n Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality preferred).
/n Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
/n Confident in interacting with international clients.
/n Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
/n Ability to manage guests and coordinate ground operations.
/n Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Workspace).
