Job Description Senior Accounts Manager – Lucknow /n Position: Senior Accounts Manager
/n Experience: 15–20 Years
/n Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

/n Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities /n /n Manage complete accounting and finance operations of the organization.
/n Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements .
/n Handle taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance .
/n Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and tax returns .
/n Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, receivables, and payables.
/n Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
/n Handle Tally and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
/n Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
/n Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
/n Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.
/n Supervise and guide the accounts team.




/n Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
/n Required Skills & Qualifications /n /n 15–20 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
/n Solid hands-on experience in Balance Sheet preparation and finalization .
/n Excellent knowledge of Taxation, GST, TDS, and Income Tax .
/n Tally proficiency is mandatory.
/n Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
/n Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
/n Strong team management and analytical skills.

/n Candidates from construction, infrastructure, architecture, or consulting industries will be preferred.
