About the job

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential students through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Generate and follow up on leads for Clinical Research courses.
Understand students' educational background and career goals.
Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
Counsel prospective students and convert leads into course enrollments.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
Build positive relationships with students and provide proper pre-sales support.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, webinars, and educational events.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to improve lead conversion
