The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering robust connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

/n Key Responsibilities: /n /n Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and Whats App to understand their educational goals

/n . Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes
/n . Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
/n . Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
/n . Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission




/n . Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation
/n . Build and maintain solid relationships with potential learners
/n . Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plans
/n . Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements
