Job Description Location: PAN-India (Travel required)
/n Location: Corporate Office / PAN India (Remote with Travel)
/n Experience: 10+ Years (Certification Industry Preferred)

/n Job Summary:
/n Responsible for conducting SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit)-APASCA CSCA Certified assessments across client sites in India to evaluate compliance with labour, health & safety, environmental, and business ethics standards.
/n Key Responsibilities: /n /n Conduct 2-pillar and 4-pillar SMETA audits at factories and facilities.
/n Review documents, inspect sites, and interview workers & management.
/n Identify non-conformities and prepare detailed audit reports & CAPRs .
/n Ensure audits comply with SMETA guidelines and local labour laws.
/n Coordinate audit schedules,
communicate with clients, and submit reports on time.
/n Maintain qualified integrity and confidentiality at all times.
/n /n Qualifications & Experience: /n /n Graduate in Engineering / Social Sciences / Environmental Studies or related field.
/n 7+ years of experience in social compliance or ethical trade audits (SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 preferred).
/n Knowledge of Indian labour & HSE laws.
/n APSCA registration / SMETA auditor training preferred.
/n Solid communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
/n Willing to travel extensively across India.
