/n About the Role : /n

/n Talent Gum is looking for a proactive Project & Delivery Manager to coordinate between our business and technology teams. The person will gather requirements, track project execution, manage stakeholder communication, and help ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.
/n Key Responsibilities

/n • Understand business needs and convert them into explicit requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks.
/n • Coordinate with business, development, design, QA, and external vendor teams.
/n • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation.
/n • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
/n • Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action items.
/n • Coordinate testing, collect business feedback, and support successful releases.
/n • Communicate project progress, delays, and scope changes to stakeholders.




/n • Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues for timely resolution.
/n • Support project handover, training, and post-launch follow-up.

/n Requirements :`

/n

/n • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, technology project management, business analysis, or product operations.
/n • Experience managing or coordinating software and digital projects.
/n • Solid requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
/n • Basic understanding of software development, testing, releases, and Agile practices.
/n • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
/n • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Click Up, Asana, Trello, or Notion.

/n • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

/n

/n Experience in an ed-tech, SaaS, consumer internet, or startup setting will be an advantage.
