Job Description Role & responsibilities

/n /n Participate, arrange, guide, assess, and develop/improve the subject area's seminars, workshops, conferences, symposiums, project works, field works, study tours, industrial visits surveys, etc.
/n Work with other faculty and administrators in developing program curriculum, standards, and policies, including reviewing and participating in the textbook selection process where appropriate.
/n Maintain proper and timely records of all Academic activities.
/n To assist in developing learning materials, and teaching methods, preparing schemes of work, and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement, and attendance.
/n Keeping abreast of current knowledge and skills helps to generate recent knowledge and helps the dissemination of such knowledge through books, publications, seminars, handouts,



etc.

/n Guide student projects at UG and PG levels, help them with reports, review articles, research papers, etc.

/n /n Preferred candidate profile
/n /n Candidates with Ph. D. will be given preference.
/n Candidate must have passed post-graduation degree in Psychology as specialization with qualified NET / JRF Test.
/n Valuable oral and written communication skills.
/n Pleasing Personality and competency in English is a must.

/n As per the norms defined by UGC.
