Key Responsibilities
Drive capital sales of orthopaedic robotic systems across hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.

Build and manage a solid sales pipeline and long-cycle capital deals.

Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital C-suite stakeholders.

Lead negotiations for purchases, leases, and service contracts.

Present compelling clinical, operational, and ROI-based business cases.

Coordinate surgeon demos, cadaver labs, and evaluation programs.

Monitor competitors, market trends, and procurement dynamics.





What We’re Looking For
Experience in medical device / capital equipment sales , preferably orthopaedics or surgical robotics.

Robust understanding of hospital procurement and capital sales cycles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to engage confidently with surgeons and senior hospital leadership.

Commercially driven, analytical, and innovation-focused mindset.
