Workspace Experience Enabler (Community Executive/Front Office Supervisor) Work Dynamics (Integrated Facilities Management)

OVERALL ROLE

This position is responsible for creating Delight by breeding a Customer-Centric Experience for occupants of a large upscale modern office with the focus on providing outstanding Experience in the Workspace. Incumbent will have a deep understanding of the Workspace and the surrounding areas and become the single point of contact for daily Workspace needs on the office floors and a counsel to the employees present.

Ideal Experience

Bachelor's degree/ Degree in Hotel Management, business or other related field; Experience of 1 - 3 years in hospitality hotel & aviation Industry / Coworking spaces; Able to adapt in a fast-paced working workplace and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements; Proficient in MS Office suite; Excellent communication verbal and written.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish direct relationship with the employees working from the office




- Single Point of Contact of employees working from office for issues resolution & workspace change within the premises
- Respond and close all service tickets and feedbacks within defined SLA
- Shares observations regarding any misalignment to defined guidelines for using office amenities for (incl. data from housekeeping and engineering teams)
- Have periodic connects with all point of contact of different business to understand their perspective of service
- Plan and execute employee engagement events in line with client expectations
- Consolidate feedback to management team regularly for ongoing improvement implementation
- Report any concerns or patterns in employee feedback periodically to assistant workspace experience manager
- Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success
