Nitro: AI Engineer

The selected candidate
- Provides technical leadership in the development and deployment of generative AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
- Architects and oversees the design of scalable data and machine learning pipelines, ensuring robust, efficient, and secure integration of AI models into production environments
- Leads cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers, driving project timelines, resource allocation, and delivering impactful AI-driven products and solutions
- Champions innovation by staying ahead of the latest advancements in AI, guiding the strategic direction of AI initiatives,



and mentoring team members to elevate the organization s data science capabilities

Your key responsibilities include
- Managing the delivery of data science insights using a range of tools and methods to create cognitive services involving complex algorithms, machine learning and artificial intelligence methods
- Developing new sophisticated algorithms and improving existing machine learning techniques
- Demonstrating ability to make business recommendations based on the data that drive better business decisions
- Collaborating with relevant business areas to identify current projects and opportunities, understanding their requirements, setting success criteria and ensuring delivery
- Possibly leading medium sized projects or training / mentoring junior team member
