- Support sales staff and customers with engineering expertise regarding products. Provide guidance on installation and applications as assigned.
- Provide sales support with engineering expertise regarding products and applications.
- Perform conceptual work for specific customer requirements, and support customers in this respect.
- Assess and interpret technical data, document and communicate findings.
- Initiate measures to develop or adapt product and service concepts (if required) to better match market requirements.
- Support assembly, installation, setup and utilization of products and systems at customers site if appropriate and necessary.
- Preparation of Data for Internal/External Customers.
- Interaction with Internal and External Customer regarding Application engineering, product recommendations, product development, troubleshooting, failure analysis and quality document.
- Conducting Technical Seminars and workshops at customer s place for product approval/acceptance.
- Compilation of mapping data for the region in key industry segments.




- Carrying out technical survey and execution of different service contracts in the region including mounting and condition monitoring.
- Working with sales to promote Schaeffler service products.
- Implementation of Service Initiatives of Strategic Road Maps for key industry segments.
- Interaction with Sector Managers/Product managers on New Application/Recent customer/ New-market development.

Your Qualifications
- Education/ Apprenticeship : B.E. Mechanical/Production or Similar
- Job experience : 5-10 years. Maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of rotating equipments in Engineering/process industry
- Languages skills : English, Hindi/local language
- Knowledge of SAP / PC : Desirable
- Technical knowledge : Basics of Mechanical Engineering
- Additional necessary knowledge or experiences: Sound understanding of Mechanical Engineering Basics. Knowledge about Manufacturing processes and relevant key machines in
