Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Experian PCSM (PowerCurve Strategy Manager) Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing credit decision strategies through Experian s PowerCurve platform. The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders from Risk, Credit, and IT to ensure that credit strategies align with business objectives, and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage credit decision strategies using Experian PowerCurve Strategy Manager (PCSM) to optimize lending decisions and customer acquisition processes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze credit performance and portfolio trends to generate insights, reports, and recommendations for enhancing credit strategies.
- Risk Mitigation: Continuously evaluate and refine credit strategies to mitigate potential risks,



ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders from Risk, Credit, IT, and Compliance teams to align credit strategies with overall business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance of deployed strategies and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments based on business needs.
- System Enhancements: Collaborate with the IT department to identify system improvements and ensure smooth integration of strategy changes into the operational workplace.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of credit strategies, business rules, and processes to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide support for any issues or inquiries related to Experian PowerCurve strategy configurations and system operations.
