About the Role

Were looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Youll take ownership of system architecture, guide developers, and build scalable products that make a real difference working across the full stack with up-to-date technologies.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, takes ownership, and can drive execution through the team while contributing to complex technical decisions.

What Youll Do Lead & Mentor
- Guide a team of developers through code reviews, technical decisions, and day-to-day development
- Mentor junior engineers and help them grow through structured feedback and support
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Architect & Design
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient systems from the ground up
- Make key architecture decisions and define technical direction
- Translate requirements into robust technical solutions and communicate clearly across stakeholders

Build & Ship
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript,



React.js, and related technologies
- Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage and caching
- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability
- Stay hands-on and contribute to solving complex technical problems

What You Bring
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Python and React.js (or similar frameworks)
- Solid experience across frontend and backend systems
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures
- Ability to stay hands-on while leading a team (Team Size of 4 - 5 people preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environme
