WHAT YOULL DO




- Assist in end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates on interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and induction for recent joiners.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Assist with attendance management and day-to-day HR admin.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Ensure assigned HR tasks and reports are completed on time.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualification: Undergraduate degree; MBA in HR preferred.
- Language Proficiency: English and Tamil required; Hindi preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
