Job Responsibilities Software Testing
- Perform manual testing of Android, iOS, Web, and Admin Panel applications.
- Prepare and execute test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Test new features and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Check UI/UX consistency across different devices and browsers.
- Assist senior QA engineers during release cycles.

Customer & Technical Support
- Handle client support requests via email, WhatsApp, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Understand customer issues and provide first-level troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues to the development team when required.
- Follow up with clients until issues are resolved.
- Maintain proper documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
- Assist in software deployment, user onboarding, and basic training sessions.

Documentation
- Prepare bug reports and testing documents.
- Maintain release notes and issue logs.




- Create simple user guides and FAQs when required.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
- Valuable knowledge of Android apps, websites, and web applications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both clients and developers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and business domains.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, BSc Computer Science, MCA, or related field.
- Freshers with strong interest in Software Testing are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or academic project experience in software testing is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, Postman, or bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus.
