- Perfectly understanding the project requirement and the exact deliverable
- Planning and defining milestones and intermediate delivery cycle of the project
- Briefing the domain expert on the schedule and the exact deliverable details
- Coordinating flawlessly with the project team and mapping the best resource to the team
- Making payments for the experts once the project is successfully closed.
