About the role:
Were looking for a compassionate and empathetic Wellness Counsellor to join our wellness team and support clients on their journey toward better mental and emotional well-being. In this role, youll be responsible for conducting one-on-one and group counselling sessions, leading educational webinars, understanding clients emotional and behavioral concerns, providing evidence-based guidance, maintaining confidential records,



and collaborating with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic care. Were looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a client-first approach, and the ability to build trust while managing multiple client cases in a rapid-paced healthcare environment.

Specifically, this role will involve:
- Conducting one-on-one counselling sessions with clients through video or phone consultations.
- Understanding clients emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns and providing appropriate guidance.
- Facilitating group counselling sessions and wellness workshops for clients.
- Planning and conducting webinars on mental health, behavioral wellness, and lifestyle management.
- Developing personalized counselling plans aligned with clients wellness goals.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential counselling records and session notes.
