About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Healthbuddy Acquisition to lead the acquisition, expansion, and performance of the Healthbuddy channel. The role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in channel development, partner acquisition, field operations, team management, and business expansion within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, diagnostics, wellness, or allied industries.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth through partner acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand the Healthbuddy network across assigned territories.
- Identify, onboard, and manage current Healthbuddy partners while ensuring quality and productivity standards.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, distributors, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Drive business growth by achieving acquisition, revenue, and productivity targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor regional acquisition teams to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Design territory expansion plans based on market potential, competition, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, CRM, and Product teams for seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Develop strategies to improve partner engagement, retention, and business productivity.
- Ensure timely onboarding, training, and activation of newly acquired Healthbuddy partners.
