The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and an expert at driving revenue growth through high performing distributor and reseller networks. They will excel at balancing strategic market development with hands on partner management to deliver sustainable business results. What will you be doing

1. Channel Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute channel partner strategies aligned with regional and global commercial goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent channel partners to expand market reach and penetration.
- Optimize partner coverage and performance to ensure profitable growth across target segments.

2. Partner Management & Performance Excellence
- Manage day to day relationships with distributors, agents, and resellers; serve as the primary commercial contact.
- Conduct regular business reviews and joint planning sessions with partners.




- Monitor partner KPIs, sales pipelines, and inventory levels, ensuring proper demand planning and forecasting.

3. Sales Enablement & Market Activation
- Equip partners with required product knowledge, marketing tools, technical training, and sales collateral.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support pricing strategy and product positioning.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical Service teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Support resolution of customer or partner issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and sales planning processes.

5. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all channel activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regional regulatory require
