Summary

We are looking for an experienced MDM & Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, secure, and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and device management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Intune (MDM/MAM), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and Microsoft security and compliance services, ensuring smooth end-user operations and robust security controls

What You ll Do
- Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.
- Troubleshoot mail flow issues, spam filtering,



phishing incidents, quarantine, and transport rules.
- Manage email security policies using Defender for Office 365.
- Handle license assignment, tracking, and optimization.
- Troubleshoot mailbox, calendar, and Teams access issues.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and lifecycle management.
- Configure MDM policies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
- Implement compliance policies, configuration profiles, and device restrictions
- Manage application deployment, updates, and app protection (MAM) policies.
- Configure Conditional Access integrated with Intune compliance policies.
- Monitor device health, compliance status, and perform remediation.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including MFA, SSO, RBAC, and access reviews.
