Associate

Job Duties:
- Providing administrative support to the medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Managing patient intake and registration processes.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar.
- Handling phone calls and inquiries from patients and visitors.
- Assisting with billing and insurance processes.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Following all relevant protocols and guidelines for patient care and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (healthcare administration, business administration, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and healthcare software.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
