Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests. This role involves proactive engagement with guests, anticipating their needs, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic, empathetic, and highly organized individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Actively engage with guests throughout their stay to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B;, Concierge) to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.




- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all hotel services, amenities, promotions, and local points of interest to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
- Process guest requests for services such as restaurant reservations, transportation, special arrangements, and wake-up calls.
- Assist with check-out procedures and ensure a smooth departure experience, including handling billing inquiries and gathering final feedback.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, anticipating their preferences and ensuring personalized service.
- Document all guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the designated system for future reference and service improvement.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting departmental goals.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
