Promote and utilize necessary Smart and Digital solutions to support the perimeter in Supply Chain Performance improvement. Develop and implement plans to integrate standard applications and processes that enhance overall site supply chain performance, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Support Business Transformation program deployment and readiness, aligning standard applications deployment roadmaps without impacting site supply chain performance. Areas of expertise include SPS, process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, and performance.
