As a Technician at Manipal Hospitals, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to medical professionals and patients. Your primary role will be to operate and maintain a variety of medical equipment and devices, ensuring that they are in proper working condition and ready for use. You will also be responsible for assisting in patient care, conducting diagnostic tests, and helping to ensure a clean and safe workplace for both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a variety of medical equipment and devices, including but not limited to X-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI machines, and ultrasound machines.
- Assist medical professionals in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures, while ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all equipment maintenance and repairs,



and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist in the transportation and positioning of patients for various medical procedures and tests, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, and ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized and prepared for use.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Completion of a recognized technician program is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working as a technician in a healthcare setting.
- Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient care and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
