Job Description We are hiring a Senior Video Editor with expertise in video editing, post-production, cinematography, and storytelling for B2B digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative and visionary skilled who brings fresh ideas, strong aesthetic judgment, and an intuitive sense of visual storytelling.

You ll lead multiple projects, deliver high-quality video content, and effectively incorporate client or stakeholder feedback. A strong understanding of brand strategy, audience engagement, and business goals is a must. This is a senior-level role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in video production.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

1. Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit both short-form and long-form video content including interviews, podcast, visual stories, campaign visuals, and social media content.
2. Support in conceptualizing and executing creative video ideas from storyboarding to final edit, turning briefs into engaging visual content.
3. Handle editing and production tasks including camera work, lighting setup, sound design,



and adding animations, transitions, and effects to elevate storytelling.
4. Develop and maintain corporate branding systems, visual guidelines, and reusable templates/style libraries for video editing and motion graphics to ensure efficiency, consistency, and brand alignment across projects.
5. Collaborate with senior editors, external partners, and creative leads to refine outputs and maintain consistent production quality.
6. Ensure all videos and design assets strictly follow established brand guidelines and visual identity standards across channels.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing team & other project stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign messaging.
8. Edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, paid ads, and websites.
