Experienced Oracle HCM Analytics Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of our HR reporting ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between transactional HR data and strategic business intelligence using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.

Technical Skills
- 6+ years of experience working specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM reporting technologies.
- Implementation Profile:Proven track record of at least one full-lifecycle Oracle FDI (or FAW) implementation involving custom data augmentation.




- Analytics Platforms:Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI / FDIP / FAW) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Data Extraction Tools: Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Extracts, including delivery options, threading, and data masking.
- Core Reporting Tools: Expert proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL. [--TgQPHd||[]--]
- Logic Coding:Proven experience writing complex Fast Formulas for HCM Extracts. [--TgQPHd||[]--]
- SaaS Architecture:Strong functional understanding of core Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Payroll, Talent, or Benefits)
